Favour was appointed MD/CEO in November, 2019. She graduated from the Madonna University in 2005 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2007.

She is a corporate governance specialist and has thought leader on corporate governance structuring. She has extensive expertise on facilitating legal trainings. She also provides advisory on corporate and regulatory compliance.
